呼吸图案是在固体或液体表面形成水雾的现象,呼吸图案法是利用呼吸图案作为模板构筑微纳结构的方法。相比传统的微纳加工方式,呼吸图案法是一种结构易于控制、设备简单、成本低廉的绿色微纳结构加工方法。本文综述了呼吸图案法的进展,首先讨论了呼吸图案的形成机理,随后介绍了基于呼吸图案法制备的新颖微纳结构及其应用,最后展望了呼吸图案法未来的发展趋势。

Breath figure method (BFM) is a emerging scheme for nanostructure fabrication, which utilizes the fabrication of water-drops on the surface of solid or liquid materials as templates to create patterns. Compared with conventional manufacturing methods for micro- or nano-fabrications, environmental friendly BFM represents some advantages, for example, controllable structure, simple equipment and low cost. This paper reviews recent advances in BFM. firstly,we introduce the growth mechanisms for BFM. Then, the fabrication and application of novel nanostructure based on BFM is discussed. Finally, we will discuss the development trend of BFM in the future.
