浅谈石墨对球墨铸铁机械性能的强化作用

总结了多年从事球墨铸铁加工应用方面的经验。与钢、灰铸铁比较,球墨铸铁中的球状石墨不仅大大减小了铸铁的内应力,同时在铸铁各个基体组织之间的相互转化中起到了类似“碳库”的作用??析出和回收碳原子,从而提高铸铁的强度与延展性。该研究为今后开发各种铸件提供了必要的理论基础和指导。

ccording to many years’ experience in processing nodular cast iron, the author indicates that the globular graphite in the nodular cast iron, compared with steel and gray past iron, not only plays an important role in reducing the internal stress, but also can be considered as a “carbon bank” which can release and recover carbon atoms during the phase transformation, and therefore the intensity and ductility of the cast iron are greatly improved. The mechanism would be an essential theoretical basis and instruction for developing new casting.
