基于PageRank的文献重要度评价方法
PageRank-based Value Evaluation Method for Papers and its Two-layer Visual Layout Model
传统的文献评价方法只是根据引用次数及期刊等级评估文献价值,并且现有的文献可视化布局算法没有完全体现文献重要度,据此提出了一种新的基于PageRank的文献重要度评价方法和基于双层网络的可视化布局模型。首先,对现有的PageRank算法做出改进,其中考虑了引用行为、作者权威度以及时间对文献价值的影响,通过文献的引用价值和固有价值来评价文献重要度。然后,构建了基于"引文网-合著网"双层网络模型,将文献评价结果直观地布局展示出来。以中国知网文献数据进行实验验证,表明本文方法有效地解决了传统评价方法偏向旧文献和文献主题的偏移问题,能够清晰地展示分析结果。
Most of the traditional citation analysis methods only use the citation counts and the factor of journal to evaluate documents, and existing papers visualization layout algorithms cannot reflect the importance of papers. We propose a new evaluating method based on the PageRank algorithm and build its two-layer visualization layout model. Firstly, this method improves the existing PageRank algorithm via considering the behavior of citation, the authority of author and time effects on the value of documents. Then it evaluates the value of documents by analyzing the paper's inherent value and the value passed from the behavior of citation. Lastly, we build a two-layer visualization layout model based on citation and co-author network, intuitively visualize evaluated results. This method has been tested by using CNKI dataset. Experiments show that it successfully solves the problem that the results tend to the early papers and topic drift, and can show the results more clearly.
