二氧化碳接触池数值模拟与优化研究
Numerical simulation and optimization of carbon dioxide contact tank
针对海水淡化水进行入市政供水管网前,二氧化碳与淡化水混合过程中出现的问题,本文利用CFD数值模拟方法,对接触池池型进行了数值模拟与优化,结果表明,反应室的高宽比越大,池内流体流动越均匀,对二氧化碳接触池进行优化,确定了通过增设导流板和横挡板为优化接触池的最佳方案。
In the municipal water supply network for desalination of water, carbon dioxide and water desalination in the mixing process, the CFD numerical simulation method in this paper, the numerical simulation and optimization of the contact tank results show that the width of the reaction chamber is bigger, the pool fluid flow is more uniform, to optimize carbon dioxide contact pool, determined by adding a guide plate and a transverse baffle for the optimization scheme of the contact tank.
