his paper introduces a statistical design method. First, some terms are interpreted for comprehensive convenience, and then, a LPF design example is used to explain this statistical design method in detail. Through taking this method, it is easy to analyze the impact of the accuracy of the components’ value to the yield, and it is also easy to determine how to change the components’ value for the purpose of improving the yield.
