补阳还五汤对高血压前期大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群影响的实验研究

Objectice To investigate the effect of Tonifying Yang Decoction For Recuperation on the T lymphocyte subsets of prehypertension rat and expression of associated cell factor INF-γ、TNF-α.Methods Select 20 male salt sensitive rats(DS) and randomly divided into normal group and normal administration group. Select 20 male salt resistant rats(SS) and randomly divided into model group and treatment group. After one week of adaptive feeding, feeding 8% high - salt feed began to make the model.When the model is successful,the treatment group and the normal administration group treated with Tonifying Yang Decoction For Recuperation ,the model group to be physiological saline gavage. Abdominal aortic blood of all the rats was taken after the end of the treatment.Flow cytometer was used to the percent of CD4+ T lymphocytes and CD8+ T lymphocytes, and calculate the ratio of CD4+/CD8+. ELISA method was used to detect the content of INF-γand TNF-α in serum. Result Tonifying Yang Decoction For Recuperation can down the percent of CD4+ T lymphocytes and CD8+ T lymphocytes, increase the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ ,down the content of INF-γand TNF-α. Conclusion Tonifying Yang Decoction For Recuperation may be through the lower the percent of CD4+ T lymphocytes and CD8+ T lymphocytes and the expression of associated cell factor INF-γ、TNF-α, improve the body's immune function and inflammation, to delay the progress of prehypertension.
