甘蔗与蔗茅回交BC1代材料的ISSR多态性分析

甘蔗在目前的种植中存在品种单一的现象且长期克隆繁殖产量不稳定.为提高甘蔗抗寒抗逆等能力,防治甘蔗品种过于单一化而造成作物产量大起大落的局面,将甘蔗品种崖城89与野生蔗茅进行杂交产生F1代,由于甘蔗遗传具有极大的变异性,因此对产生后代F1与新台糖10号、崖城93-26进行回交,将回交BC1材料及其亲本的ISSR标记研究了解后代多态性以及后代与亲本之间的相关性分析。11条引物共扩增出121条带, 其中有110条为多态性带, 多态率达到90.91%%,表明甘蔗与蔗茅杂交各BC1代材料间有较大的遗传分化;聚类分析结果表明BC1材料有优先与母本聚在一起的趋势,说明母本遗传物质在子代中占优势。

Sugarcane(Saccharum officenarum)is planted with only one or two cultivars in China. At the same time it is clonal propagation, the yielding can't be stable. Erianthus fulvus is a wild species with a lot of resistant characters can enhance sugarcane's qualities through hybridization. However, the heredity of sugarcane is diversity. Then take F1 backcross with the common cultivars. ISSR markers analysis on BC1 progenies that derived from intergeneric hybridization and their parents was performed. The result showed that totally 121 bands were amplified using 11 primers, among which 110 were polymorphic bands and the polymorphism was 90.91%, indicated that there are more broad genetic differentiation among the BC1 progenies; clustering result showed there was a trend that BC1 progenies were preferential cluster with female parents, indicated that genetic material of female parents were predominant in BC1 progenies.
