带宽自适应网络视频监控系统的研究

随着计算机技术、图像处理技术和网络技术的发展,网络数字视频监控系统被广泛使用。该文分析了RTP/RTCP在网络实时视频监控中的应用,并提出了一种网路带宽自适应的网络实时视频监控系统的设计方案,详细介绍了如何利用RTP/RTCP实现对多媒体传输网络的状态进行估测,提出了简单有效的网络带宽估计方法。根据估计的带宽状态调节视频采集前端的输出码率级别以适应当前的网络带宽。在流媒体库Live555的基础之上设计了视频监控服务器和客户端,并在此平台之上进行实验,实验结果表明此文设计的方案达到了预期的目的。

With the development of computer technology, image processing technology and network technology, network digital video surveillance systems have been widely used. This paper analyzes the application of RTP / RTCP in the network real-time video surveillance, and proposes a network-bandwidth adaptive network real-time video surveillance system design. It elaborates how to use the RTP / RTCP to estimate the state of the media transport network and proposes a simple and effective network bandwidth estimation method. Then, the video capture front corrects the output bit rate level to adapt to the current network bandwidth. Based on Live555 streaming media library, it designed the server and the client of video surveillance system as an experimental platform. The experimental results showed that the design of the program achieved the intended purpose.
