逆流机械通风式冷却塔框架结构静力学分析
Static Analysis of Mechanical Draft Counter-Flow Cooling Towers' Frame Structure
冷却塔是通过一个热、质交换的综合过程使水得到冷却的设备,广泛用于工业生产的热能环节。冷却塔的可靠性、稳定性和安全性与塔的运行和使用寿命息息相关。本文分析了逆流机械通风式冷却塔的结构形式,借助Pro/E软件建立了其三维实体模型,通过风载荷的计算利用ANSYS Workbench12.0软件对塔的框架结构进行了静力学分析。分析结果表明风载荷对冷却塔框架结构有一定影响,需要通过配置一定的工艺措施使其得到改善。
ooling tower is a heat and mass exchange equipment for the process of water to be cooled, which widely used in industrial production of thermal energy process. The reliability, stability and security of Cooling tower are closedly related to the operation of tower and its service life. This paper analyzes the frame structure of Mechanical Draft Counter-Flow Cooling Towers, using Pro / E software to establish its three-dimensional solid model, then using ANSYS Workbench12.0 software for the frame structure' static analysis after the wind load is calculated . The results show that the wind load has a influence on the cooling tower' frame structure , which need to be configured a certain process measures for its improvement.
