某过江隧道深基坑工程重要管线保护施工技术

城市明挖法交通隧道施工中常遇到众多的既有管线,通常采用临时迁改的方法进行基坑施工。某过江隧道江北大型明挖基坑工程遇到了难以临时迁改的大型主供电管线,为保护城市供电管线的安全以及基坑工程能安全顺利的施工,本文详细介绍了工程施工中采取的总体保护原则与思路,以及采取的原位保护的施工处理技术措施和施工过程中的注意事项等。工程实践成功表明该原位保护基坑开挖技术安全经济可行,可供类似管线保护工程施工提供借鉴和参考。

Many existing pipeline may be encountered in cut-and-cover city tunnel constructions, temporary relocation method is usually adopted for foundation pit construction, but in river-crossing tunnel project, the Jiang-bei large open-cut excavation engineering encountered a large main power supply line, which is almost impossible to be relocated. In order to protect the city power supply pipeline and insure the smooth construction of foundation pit engineering, this paper introduces in detail the overall protection principle and method, and in situ conservation construction technical measures and matters of attention in the construction. The successful engineering practice indicates that the in-situ-protection pit excavation technology is safe, economic and feasible, and can provide some experience and reference for other similar pipeline protection projects.
