妇女真的解放了吗？--家务劳动对中国女性职业发展的影响研究
Have Women Really Been Liberated?--A study on the Influence of Housework on Chinese Women\'s Career Development
家务劳动不仅会减少女性的学习和工作时间，而且会削减女性的事业进取心，进而影响她们在职场的发展机会。利用"中国家庭动态跟踪调查"（CFPS2014、2016、2018年）数据库，本文研究了家务劳动对中国女性职业发展的影响。实证结果表明，家务劳动对中国女性的职业发展具有显著的负效应，这种负效应具体体现在家务劳动时间的延长不仅会提高中国女性职业向下发展的概率，同时会降低中国女性职业向上发展的可能性；相对于高学历女性，低学历女性的职业发展更易受到家务劳动的负面影响。此外，论文引入女性是否与父母同住的交叉项，发现与父母同住能够减轻家务劳动对中国女性职业发展的负面影响。
Housework will not only reduce women\'s learning and working hours, but also reduce women\'s career ambition, thus affecting their development opportunities in the workplace. Using the China Family Panel Studies (CFPS in 2014, 2016, and 2018) database, this paper examines the impacts of housework on the career development of Chinese women. Our analysis shows that housework has significant negative effects on the career development of Chinese women, which is reflected in the extension of housework time not only increasing the probability of career\'s downward of Chinese women, but also decreasing the possibility of career\'s upward of Chinese women. In addition. In addition, this paper introduces the cross-term of if women living with their parents, and finds that living with parents can reduce the negative impacts of housework on Chinese women\'s career development.
