304不锈钢在室温和高温下的蠕变-棘轮-疲劳交互作用的实验研究
Experimental study on creep-ratcheting-fatigue interaction of SS304 stainless steel at room and high temperatures
对304不锈钢在室温、100℃和300℃时在单轴非对称应变循环下的蠕变行为、棘轮行为、疲劳失效以及它们之间的交互作用进行了实验研究,讨论了平均应力、应力幅值、应力率以及峰值应力保持时间对棘轮应变以及疲劳寿命的影响。实验结果表明,304不锈钢在不通温度下的蠕变和棘轮行为表现出不同的特性,材料在室温和高温下的疲劳寿命强烈的依赖于循环加载中的平均应力、应力幅值、应力率以及峰值应力保持时间。并且发现材料在单轴应变循环下会呈现两种不同的失效模式:由较大棘轮应变引起的棘轮失效模式和近似常应变幅值下发生的低周疲劳失效模式。
he creep, ratcheting behaviour and fatigue failure, as well as their interaction were investigated by uniaxial cyclic stressing tests for SS304 stainless steel at room temperature, 100oC and 300oC. The effects of mean stress, stress amplitude, stress rate and the peak stress holds on the ratcheting strain and final failure life were discussed. Simultaneously, the variations of responded strain amplitude with the number of cycles were illustrated to discuss the interaction of creep, ratcheting behaviour and fatigue failure. The experimental results show that the creep and ratcheting behaviour for SS304 stainless steel at different temperatures are different. The fatigue life of the material at room and high temperatures all depend greatly on mean stress, stress amplitude, stress rate and the peak stress holds of uniaxial cyclic stressing. And the material show different kind of failure modes: ratcheting failure due to large ratcheting strain and fatigue failure due to low-cycle fatigue with nearly constant responded strain amplitude.
