研究了灰色关联分析在注塑工艺参数优化中的应用,通过实践经验确定注塑制件工艺参数质量评价指标的期望值,采用正交法建立优化注塑成型工艺参数的实验方案,基于灰色关联分析计算灰色关联度,以寻求最接近理论期望值的注塑工艺方案,实现对注塑工艺参数的优化并经过生产实验验证,取得良好的效果。
The application of the GRA(Grey Relational Analysis)technology in optimization for injection mold progress parameters is studied, According to the experience of practice, The index of quality of plastic is ascertained. Based on orthogonal design , set up the shemes of experiment. According to GRA , The degree of grey relation is calculated, In order to find a scheme that is close to the expectation, realize the optimization for injection mold progress and validated, proved to make great effect.
