涪陵榨菜食品包装安全控制研究 I，包装类型及风险因子分析

Fuling mustard is an important agriculture traditional products in China. In this paper, type of Fuling mustard product and packaging were analysed in 10 Fuling mustard export enterprises. Industrial production combined with the traditional process, coupled with a different flavor and weights, finished Fuling mustard product is diversification, complicated. There are four kinds of packaging materials such as Tutao altar, glass, metal (tinplate), polymers (plastic) and three mustard types such as traditional mustard and reshaping,The later include high，middle and low salt content mustard. Safe and risk factors of packaging materials are mainly the chemical, including heavy metals, additives and monomers materials. Safety control methods in Fuling mustard packaging are suggested.
