基于S7-200PLC的船舶分油机控制系统设计

随着电子信息技术的飞速发展,控制技术日渐应用于各个领域。燃油净化系统是保证船舶动力装置正常工作的重要前提,分油机又是燃油净化系统的重要设备之一,因此分油机对整个船舶来说显得尤为重要,对分油机的控制要求就很高,本文在充分分析船舶分油机工作原理的基础上,提出采用西门子公司的S7-200PLC作为控制器。结合分油机实际的控制要求,设计实现了船舶分油机的控制。经过在某船舶上的使用表明,该控制系统工作稳定,维护方便,满足船上的分油要求。达到预期的研究效果。
