探究中草药饲料添加剂对肉仔鸡肉质中氨基酸含量的影响。本试验选用1000只1日龄商品代科宝肉仔鸡(平均体重为48.40g,由张掖种鸡场提供),随机分成5个处理组:实验Ⅰ组,基础日粮+抗生素(黄霉素75㎎∕㎏和洛克沙胂45.75㎎∕㎏);实验Ⅱ组,基础日粮+中草药添加剂0.3%水平;实验Ⅲ组,基础日粮+中草药添加剂0.4%水平;实验Ⅳ组 ,基础日粮+中草药添加剂0.3%水平+甜菜碱;实验Ⅴ组,基础日粮。经对5组肉仔鸡肌肉中氨基酸含量进行了测定。结果表明,5个处理组的氨基酸总量存在一定的差异,其中,Ⅱ组最高,Ⅰ、Ⅲ组次之,Ⅴ组最低。必需氨基酸含量也是Ⅱ组最高。谷氨酸的含量以Ⅱ(3.78 g∕100g)组最高,Ⅰ(3.62 g∕100g)、Ⅲ(3.53 g∕100g)组次之,Ⅴ(3.33 g∕100g)组最低。肌肉中各种氨基酸的含量在不同组间有一定差异,但各种氨基酸的组成具有一定的规律性和相对的稳定性。

he objective of the university is to explore the effect of chinese herbal medicinal feed additive substituting antibitics on broiler meat amino acid . The test has adopted random control design , 1000 white feature broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups : basal diet + flavomycin , basal diet +0.3 % Chinese herbal medicine , basal diet +0.4 % Chinese herbal medicine , basal diet +0.3 % Chinese herbal medicine + betaine , and basal diet. After the five groups of amino acids in broiler muscles were determined. The results show that five treatment groups of amino acids total are some differences. In dealing with these groups,Ⅱ highest group, Ⅰ,Ⅲgroup followed, Ⅴthe lowest group. Essential amino acid content is also the highest group Ⅱ. Glutamic acid content to Ⅱ (3.78 g/100g) the highest group,Ⅰ(3.62 g/100g),Ⅲ(3.53 g/100g) group followed,Ⅴ (3.33 g/100g) group minimum. Muscle in the various amino acids in the different groups have some differences, but the composition of various amino acids have a certain regularity and relative stability.
