针对细丝埋弧焊熔滴过渡过程埋在焊剂下不易观测,且过渡信号干扰磁控传感器焊缝跟踪信号的问题,在详细分析横向交变磁场作用力下埋弧焊熔滴过渡频率变化的基础上,用电流波形反映熔滴过渡特性,对提取的不同励磁频率焊缝跟踪信号进行了频谱分析,并采用Matlab将理想焊缝跟踪信号与熔滴过渡信号叠加后进行了仿真验证,最后采用小波滤波方法滤除埋弧焊熔滴过渡信号。实际焊缝跟踪试验结果证明:熔滴过渡信号滤除后的细丝埋弧焊焊缝跟踪精度有所提高。从而为进一步研究埋弧焊熔滴过渡及实现埋弧焊焊缝跟踪稳定控制奠定了基础。

For the problem of filaments submerged arc welding's droplet transition is buried under the flux observation not easily, and the transition signal interference magnetic-control sensor seam tracking signal, based on the detailed analysis of the transverse alternating magnetic field force of submerged arc welding droplet transition frequency change, with the current waveforms reflect droplet transition characteristic ,to extract the different excitation frequency of the seam tracking signal spectrum analysis, and conducted a simulation verification with Matlab after superposition of the ideal seam tracking signal and melt dripping transition signal. Finally adopts the method of wavelet filter to filtering submerged arc welding droplet transition signal. Actual seam tracking test results show that: the droplet transition signal after filtering the filaments of submerged arc welding seam tracking precision is improved. So as to the further study of submerged arc welding droplet transfer and implementation of submerged arc welding seam tracking stability control of the foundation
