知识创造的复杂适应系统角度分析

raditional theory of Knowledge Creation believes that knowledge is generated through the conversions between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. However, the mechanism of knowledge interaction and emergence in the process of knowledge creation and the important status of man need to be further investigated. In this paper, it consider that Knowledge Creation System (KCS) is a Complex Adaptive System (CAS) and finds its Adaptive Agent which is composed of Knowledge Unit and its owner. It also constructs the Impulse/Response model of KCS and analyses the process and mechanism of knowledge creation.
