ccording to provide accurate building programs for network construction, we need accurate network planning tools. Link budget in reality is a very important piece of network planning, and it contains a calculation of the shadow fading. Shadow fading values follow a normal distribution. But due to the the phase close terrain correlation, the value of the shadow fading also has correlation. In this paper, it provide shadow fading correlation algorithm, and more relatively precise calculation of the value of the shadow fading.
