基于CPLD等精度测频法的数字频率计设计

本文利用 ALTERA 公司生产的CPLD可编程器件 EP1K50QC208-3,基于等精度测频法原理设计实现数字频率计。 硬件主要有主板及显示两大模块,软件部分采用VHDL 硬件描述语言进行设计,最后实现在LED 数码管上显示频率为 1~999999Hz 的数字频率计。该设计方法与传统的直接测频法系统相比,具有测频精度高,速度快,范围宽等优点。
In this paper, the design of digital frequency meter use the CPLD programmable device EP1K50QC208-3 of the ALTERA Company, basing on principles of equal precision measurement. The hardware of digital frequency meter includes board and display module, the software part designed by VHDL hardware description language and finally realize the LED digital display frequency 1 ~ 999999Hz. Compared with this design method and the traditional method of direct frequency measurement system, it has the frequency measurement accuracy, high speed, wide range and so on.
