基于空载状态识别的数控机床主动力系统停机节能方法

数控机床主动力系统在整个机床系统中起着十分重要的作用;分析数控机床主动力系统空载运行能耗及能量利用率模型,得出机床主动力系统的空载运行是降低整个加工过程能量利用率的重要因素;基于此提出数控机床主动力系统空载运行状态下的停机节能方案,方案给出基于能效监控平台的数控机床主动力系统运行状态判定方法,并在空载运行状态下利用单片机控制继电器电路对数控机床主动力系统实施停机动作,提高能量利用率。本停机节能方案能为车间运行节能提供技术支持。

Main power system of CNC plays an extraordinary role in the whole machining system. After analyzing energy consumption and energy utilization factor of main power system when it is idle, the fact becomes more obvious that idle running process of the main power system is a principle factor lessening energy utilization factor of the whole machining process. Based on this fact, a plan of stopping the main power system of idle running condition to save energy has been provided. Relied on energy monitoring and controlling system, the plan provides us with a new method to judge the running condition of the main power system. When the main power system is on idle condition, this plan utilizes single chip microcomputer (SCM) to stop the main power system to promote its energy utilization factor.This plan is able to be a support to save the running energy in the workshop.
