大跨度厂房气体运移与火灾风险评估研究

大跨度厂房有毒有害气体泄漏,会造成中毒、火灾、爆裂等问题,不仅会污染环境,甚至可能产生大量的伤亡事故和财产损失。为此,我们以天然气厂为例, 基于Fluent软件,并采用了SST k-omega湍流模型,针对厂房空气流动的规律问题进行了仿真模拟。结果表明SST k-omega湍流模型模拟能够有效仿真气体泄露后的扩散现象,同时能够快速界定气体泄露扩散的危险范围,从而为火灾事故紧急救灾操作带来正确的指引,进而最大程度的降低伤亡事故的财产损失。同时通过利用FRAME风险评估对大跨度厂房等结构火势的危险性进行评价,具体分析导致火势演化的相关要素,进而从多角度建议相关消防政策。

he leakage of toxic and harmful gases in large-span plant will cause poisoning, fire, explosion and other problems, which will not only pollute the environment, but also may cause a large number of casualties and property losses. Therefore, we take a natural gas plant as an example, based on Fluent software and SST k-omega turbulence model, to simulate the law of air flow in the plant. The results show that the simulation of SST k-omega turbulence model can effectively simulate the diffusion phenomenon after gas leakage, and at the same time can quickly define the dangerous range of gas leakage and diffusion, so as to bring correct guidance for the emergency relief operation of fire accidents, and thus reduce the property losses of casualty accidents to the greatest extent. At the same time, FRAME risk assessment is used to evaluate the fire risk of large-span factory buildings and other structures, and the relevant factors leading to fire evolution are analyzed in detail, and then relevant fire control policies are suggested from multiple perspectives.
