沼气工程与猪场废弃物生物能开发及综合利用研究

猪场粪尿等废弃物是一个大的环境污染源,同时也是一个大的生物质资源库,以江西萍乡泰华猪场为例,计算表明:年出栏生猪3000头的泰华猪场,其每年产生的猪粪尿通过沼气工程开发,潜在的生物质能源价值可达17万余元,其中可供利用的沼气有效能719.4GJ,相当于96.18t原煤的能值,价值3.56万元;沼肥效益14.22万元,其N、P、K养分含量分别相当于27.44t尿素,6.26t过磷酸钙,20.14t氯化钾所含的N、P、K养分量。这些生物质资源得不到有效的利用,逸散于环境将由资源变成污染源。泰华猪场的沼气能源生态系统工程把养殖、种植和生产、生活用能源相结合,利用沼气技术对猪场粪尿污水进行处理,产生沼气用于农户生活燃料,沼肥用于水稻、蔬菜种植,实现了猪场粪尿等废弃物的资源化利用,从根本上解决猪场粪尿污染问题,有效地改善了所在小流域内的空气、农田、水域的生态环境,在猪场粪尿等废弃物资源化利用方面作了有益的尝试。
Piggery farm residue is a large contaminating source to environment, but it is also a large resource reservior. Taking Taihua Piggery farm for an example, calculated results indicated that: for output of 3000 pigs per year, By taking biogas engineering, Taihua Piggery farm’s yearly potential bioenergy counts for more than 170 thousand RMB Yuan, which is as follows: the available biogas energy is 719.4GJ, corresponding to 96.18t coal’s energy, worth 35.6 thousand RMB Yuan; the bio-manure is worth 132.2 thousand RMB Yuan, the nutrient content of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium correspond to 27.44t Carbamide, 6.26t Calcium phosphate and 20.14t Potassium chloride. If these biomass resources cannot be utilized effectively, they will pollute the atmosphere、cropland and water area, etc. the Biogas Energy Eco- system Engineering in TaiHua piggery farm combined the breeding、planting and living fuel efficiently, Taking anaerobic biological treatment technology for the treatment of piggery residue, while the byproducts, biogas ,is used as living fuel for the country people, and the bio-manure are used for organic fertilizer to paddy and vegetable planting. So it has successfully realized resource utilization of the piggery residue, as well as treatment of the pollution ,and has made a beneficial attempt on resource utilization of piggery residue.
