野生樱桃李枝条抗寒性鉴定

以一年生休眠枝条为试验材料,利用电导法对7种不同类型的野生樱桃李休眠枝条在不同低温处理下的电解质渗出率进行了测定,并配合Logistic方程确定野生樱桃李枝条的低温半致死温度。结果表明:随着处理温度的下降,野生樱桃李枝条组织的电解质渗出率变化幅度呈现慢~快~慢的趋势,即“S”形曲线增长;野生樱桃李的半致死温度(LT50)在-25.33℃~-30.25℃之间;不同类型间的抗寒性不同,主要集中在-28℃左右;而对照中国李寺田实生的LT50在-35℃左右,比野生樱桃李抗寒性强。

In order to investigate the semi-lethal temperature (LT50) for Prunus divaricata with 1-year wood collected from seven different types of Prunus divaricata and Prunus salicina Lindl. Terata. The changes of leakage ratio of electrolyte (REC) at different low temperature were studied. The semi-lethal temperature(LT50)was obtained on the basis of conductivity and logistic equation. The results showed that leakage ratio of electrolyte increased like “S” curve concomitant with temperature reducing. The semi-lethal temperature for Prunus divaricata was from -25.33℃~-30.25℃. Seven different types of Prunus divaricata had different freezing resistance,most of them were around -28℃. The semi-lethal temperature for Terata was -35℃. Compared with the cultivar of Prunus divaricata,Terata had stronger cold tolerance.
