针刺对SAMP8鼠升血作用的研究

Objective To observe the "triple burner needle Law" on the rapid aging SAMP8 mouse model of Alzheimer red blood cells, white blood cells, hemoglobin, platelets, and explore "triple burner stitch" the role and significance of liters of blood. Methods rapid aging 8 months dementia mice SAMP8, were randomly divided into control group, acupuncture group and non-acupoint group; homologous normal aging SAMR1 mice as the control group of normal aging. Acupuncture group using Professor Han Jingxian "triple burner needle" acupuncture control group was not. Blood samples were collected after 15 days of each blood cell counts in mice, analysis of acupuncture on rat blood cell count SAMP8 impact. Results SAMP8 rapid aging rat blood flow is below normal aging R1 rat, I acupuncture treatment, SAMP8 mouse blood flow, in which white blood cells, red blood cells, platelets increased to varying degrees, hemoglobin, lymphocytes, monocytes increased significantly (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion sanjiao acupuncture can promote blood cell increases, the ability to improve liters of blood can be used in prevention and treatment of anemia.
