基于小波变换的心电信号去噪研究

心电信号的采集过程中常常会混入肌电干扰、工频干扰和基线漂移等噪声信号,影响对心电信号的分析。本文利用小波变换的时频局部分析和多分辨分析的功能,分析了心电信号噪声的特点以及频率分布,同时分析了传统去噪方法在心电信号去噪过程中的不足。在此基础上,提出了一种新的改进阈值估计算法,用于实现心电信号的小波阈值去噪,仿真结果表明该阈值处理算法比传统的小波去噪效果更显著,并且重构后得到的信号更加接近原始信号,并通过仿真实验得到了在新的阈值估计算法下最适合作为心电信号去噪的小波基。

Ecg signal acquisition process is often mixed with myoelectricity interference noise, power frequency interference and baseline drift signal, impact analysis of ecg signal.By exploiting wavelet transform to analyze signals both in time and frequency domain, this paper analyzes the noise characteristics and noise frequency distribution of the ECG signal. At the same time, this paper analysis many unfavorable conditions of traditional denoising method in ECG signal denoising process. On the basis of that, a new thresholding function is proposed for wavelet threshold, ECG signal denoising, the simulation results show that the algorithm is better than traditional wavelet thresholding denoising effect is more significant, and the reconstructed signal get closer to the original signal,and simulation results obtained in the improved threshold estimation algorithm for ECG signal denoising by wavelet.
