his paper briefly describes the practical application of Wireless Sensor Network technology, detailing the definition and features of the Zigbee technology，and networking principles. What’s more, the article do further research on Zigbee network node type, network topology and routing. Finally , based on Zigbee technology, networking features and principles of the wireless sensor network, set up a simple Wireless Sensor Network to collect data on temperature and humidity of the environment, as well as sensor plate voltage. And the results were simple analysis.
