超声辅助提取大豆糖蜜沉淀中异黄酮和皂苷的工艺研究
Research on the Extaction Process of Isoflavones and Saponins by Ultrasound-assisted Method
采用丙酮水溶液做为提取溶剂,经超声辅助提取异黄酮,滤渣热回流提取皂苷,得到异黄酮和皂苷粗品。其中超声辅助提取异黄酮中,异黄酮提取率可达到85.96%,纯度为11.48%;改变丙酮和水的比例,调节pH值,将滤渣进一步提取,可达到提取率为76.91%,纯度为57.80%的皂苷粗品。

Using acetone aqueous solution as extraction solvent, extracting isoflavones by ultrasound-assisted method, next extracting saponins through heat reflux step from the residue, get crude isoflavones and saponins. The ultrasound-assisted extraction of isoflavones, isoflavone extraction rate can reach 85.96%,11.48% purity; change the ratio of acetone and water, adjusting pH value, the filter residue can achieve further extraction, the crude saponins extraction rate was 76.91%, 57.80% purity.
