在分析了低碳经济发展对煤炭供应网络优化问题影响基础上,构建了低碳经济下煤炭供应网络优化模型。利用碳汇法计量碳足迹及其所带来的排放成本,并将其引入到煤炭供应网络构建和优化模型中,建立了集成低碳经济维度的总成本最小化的混合优化模型,利用建立的模型进行了实例模算,验证了所建模型的有效性。研究成果对低碳经济下煤炭供应网络构建和优化决策应用及参考价值。

Based on analysis of low carbon economy development influence upon coal supply network optimazition problems, the optimum model of coal supply network under low carbon economy is built. The method of carbon sequestration is used to measure carbon footprint and carbon emission cost, and it is applied into establishment of coal supply network and optimization model, the hybrid optimization model, which integrates low carbon economy dimension of minimizing the total cost, is established. The model is applied to a case, and validity of the model is verified. The research has application and reference value for decision-making and optimazition of the coal supply network under low carbon economy.
