ICT对国民经济影响的投入产出分析 --基于中国2007年投入产出表
Input-output analysis of the national economic impact of ICT - Based on input-output table of China in 2007
二十世纪九十年代以来，中国ICT以前所未有的速度快速发展，已经成为国民经济中具有举足轻重地位的产业。本文根据各方对ICT的定义基础上，推出我国ICT所包含的行业类型；同时，依据刘起运教授关于投入产出分析的方法，进一步衍生出本文所采用的计算方法。另外，借鉴陈霞对中国ICT对国民经济的贡献及贡献的可持续性研究、王业平对我国ICT对国民经济贡献研究，本文基于中国2007年投入产出表，运用直接消耗系数、带动力系数、推动力系数以及综合关联度方法，测算ICT对国民经济的贡献。
Since 1990s, ICT of China has played a pivotal position in the national economy, with an unprecedented rate of development. According to the definition of the parties to ICT, we can deduce which ICT include; according to Professor Liu Qiyun about the input-output analysis, we can deduce the derived calculation method in this article. We can take example of Chen Xia about research of ICT contribution to the national economic and the contribution sustainability and WangYePing about research of ICT contribution to the national economic. Based on input-output table of China in 2007, we can measure the contribution of ICT to the national economy, with the use of direct consumption coefficient, driving force coefficient, pulling force coefficient and comprehensive correlation method.
