支持向量机在射频功率器件建模中的应用研究

现代通信电子技术中,大信号条件下的射频功率器件建模占据重要地位。能够在较短的时间,较少的花费情况下得到一种精确度较高的模型是我们的目标。本文将支持向量机算法应用于射频功率器件建模中,并且对支持向量机做了改进,增加了相关的领域知识来建立器件的散射函数模型。比较了原始和改进型支持向量机建模的不同结果,得出改进型支持向量机具有更好的噪声抑制作用,提高了模型的精确度,最高可达7.46%。

In the modern electronic communications technology,large-signal conditions, RF power device modeling occupies an important position. Our goal is able to acquire a case of high model accuracy in a short time and less cost. support vector machine algorithm is applied to model the RF power devices in this paper, we improve the support vector machine and increase knowledge of the scattering function to establish the model of device. We Compare the different results of original and modified support vector machine.It is obtained that the modified support vector machine is better in the noise inhibition, and improve the accuracy of the model up to 7.46% at the Maximum point.
