铜、铅、镉单一及复合污染对牙鲆组织CAT酶活性影响
Effect of Cu, Pb, Cd single and combined pollution on CAT enzyme of Paralichthys olivaceus
本文主要研究了重金属对牙鲆肌肉、内脏团两种组织过氧化氢酶(CAT)的影响规律。分别研究了铜、铅、镉等单一金属暴露和混合金属暴露对牙鲆过氧化氢(CAT)的影响规律。结果表明:在7天的暴露实验中,海水中Cu、Cd、Pb不断被牙鲆的肌肉和内脏蓄积。不同处理组间对酶活性的影响规律相似,不同的混合重金属处理组间及单一重金属处理组对牙鲆组织CAT酶活性影响差异显著。牙鲆组织CAT(抗氧化活性系统酶)对水环境中的重金属反映敏感,CAT酶对混合重金属的早期污染具有指示监测作用,能灵敏指示重金属污染的优选组织是内脏团。
he effect of heavy metals in two tissues of viscera group、muscle of Paralichthys olivaceus to catalase (CAT) were studied. Copper, lead, cadmium single metal expose and mixture metals expose to Paralichthys olivaceus, and concentration of TOC effect to CAT base on the premise that three heavy metals are certain concentration in seawater. The result shows: Cu, Cd, Pb was gradually accumulated in the fish tissues on 7 days expose experiment, Cu, Cd, Pb accumulation in organizes had significant effect to the catalase (CAT) in mixing exposed experiment. CAT enzyme can be monitoring the pollution of mixture heavy metals. Viscera group is the delicating tissue to indicate pollution of mixture heavy metals.
