he Study on the Curve High Speed CNC Based on Cubic B—splines of Interpolation in PMAC
采用PC+NC结构,建立了一种基于PMAC的曲线高速数控加工控制系统。在AutoCAD中进行曲线轮廓设计,并通过对AutoCAD进行二次开发的方法来搭建CAD/CAM设计平台,提取目标曲线的轮廓坐标信息,自动生成数控代码。然后基于MFC和Visual C++,并结合PComm32动态链接库中的函数开发数控系统操作软件,实现上位机与PMAC的通讯,充分开发了上位机的管理能力和PMAC的数控功能;最后运用PMAC样条运动模式实现目标轮廓曲线的高速数控加工。
Based on the PC+NC structure, a processing control system of curve high speed CNC was built by the introduction of PMAC. It can design the profile in the AutoCAD, and the CAD/CAM Design Platform can be seted up by the use of the secondary development of AutoCAD, based on which the coordinates information of the object curve profile can be extracted and the NC code can be generated automatically. Combined with the PComm32 dynamic link library, the Visual C ++ and MFC was invited to act as the programme lanuage in the CNC\\\
