RCAS病毒鸡胚注射和感染方法的初步研究

RCAS是一种来源于禽类劳氏肉瘤病毒（RSV）的逆转录病毒载体，具有独特的感染鸡胚和细胞的能力。用它来表达shRNA在发育鸡胚细胞内沉默特定基因，可望形成对鸡胚这一重要的模式动物应用于个体发育与基因功能研究方面的重要技术突破。本文通过大量实验研究，初步建立了一套在鸡胚实施定时、定位基因沉默的技术方法。
RCAS is a kind of retroviral vectors based on chicken Rous sarcoma virus(RSV), which possess unique ability to infect chicken embryos or cells . Using such vectors to express shRNA in chicken embryos could be an important solution to the problem in making fully use of this excellent experimental model for developmental and gene functional studies. In this paper, we report a primary establisment of the chicken RNAi technology with the RCAS vector system.
