青藏高原10种百合科植物幼苗建植与种子大小的关系及其对光照的响应

本文以青藏高原东缘常见的10个百合科(Liliaceae)物种为研究对象,以其幼苗的出苗率、存活率和建植率为指标,研究了野外条件下不同光照强度(分别为全光照强度的4%、35%、67%、100%)和种子大小对这些物种幼苗建植过程的影响。结果表明:光照强度对种子的萌发和幼苗的建植有显著的影响,而对幼苗的存活影响不明显;且不同的物种对光照的响应是不一样的,不同的光照强度对腺毛粉条菜、青甘韭、折被韭和宝兴百合的出苗率和建植率是没有影响的,而全光照条件能够抑制蒙古韭和碱韭的出苗,却促进野黄韭和高山韭的出苗,山丹在L35光照条件下的出苗率是最高的,L67光照条件下的出苗率最低。种子大小对幼苗的建植过程亦有显著影响,小种子在全光照条件下有更低的萌发率,却有更高的存活率,大种子与此相反,而在其他光照下,种子大小跟其建植率和出苗率呈正相关关系。且不同光照处理下,不同大小的种子的萌发率和建植率也存在着差别,在全光照(L100)条件下这种差别最小,在低光照(L4)条件下最大。
Ten common Liliaceae species from the eastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau was used in this article. the effects of light gradients (100%, 67%, 35% and 4% full natural sunlight) and seeds size on their seeding emergence rate, seeding survival probability and seeding establishment rate. was investigated as well. The results showed that: light intensity had a significant impact on seed germination and seedling establishment, which was not significant on seeding survival probability; Different light gradients was not significant on the seeding emergence rate and the seeding establishment rate of Aletris glandulifera , Allium przewalskisnum , Allium chrysocephalum and Lilium duchartreif, but the light conditions of L100 can promote the emergence of Allium mongolicum and Allium polyrhizum, and suppress of the emergence of Allium rude and Allium sikkimens , Lilium pumilum has the lowest rate of emergence in the L35 light conditions and the highest rate of emergence in the L67 light conditions .seed size also played an important role in seedling establishment process, which may work on the responses of seed germination, seedling survival and seedling establishment to light intensity. Because of the important roles of seeding emergence, survival probability and establishment in community assembly, considering of the seed size of different species and local lighting conditions was critical to effective natural grassland restoration and artificial grassland reconstruction. And in the different light conditions , seeding emergence rate and seeding establishment rate were different of seed size, the smallest difference was in the light conditions of L100 and the biggest difference was in the light conditions of L4.
