基于投影缩放方法的多元测量系统能力评价

Projection Region Approach for Multivariate Measurement System Capability Analysis

对于质量管理来说,测量系统能力分析是十分重要的。对于测量系统能力的研究,已经从一元质量特性扩展到多元质量特性。Majeske(2008)提出了基于体积比的多元测量系统能力评价指标。但是,当测量误差的分布改变时,这一方法可能不太合适。本文提出了一个基于投影区域的方法,能够反映出测量误差分布的改变对测量系统能力带来的影响。本文给出了一个实例和仿真数据,来说明本文提出的方法要优于现有的方法。

Measurement system capability analysis is important to quality improvement. The research on capability analysis of measurement system has been extended from a single quality characteristic to multiple characteristics.When the quality characteristics are correlative, Majeske(2008) proposed approval criteria based on volume ratio. However, this method may not appropriate when the measurement error distribution changes with equality volume. In this paper, a new approach based on projection region is proposed. It can reflect the impact of the rotation of measurement error distribution. It is shown that the proposed method outperforms the existing methods. A real-life example and simulative study are given for illustration.
