基于指纹识别技术的考勤管理系统的设计与实现

指纹考勤管理系统是根据人体指纹所具有的指纹的唯一性而进行考勤的最新一代考勤工具。本文所设计的系统采用先进的指纹识别内核，误识率1%以下，拒真率1%以下，并在该系统中嵌入smiths动态链接库用于录入指纹图像。系统在每个时刻都会生成当时的考勤信息，得到当时每个员工的考勤记录。实现了基本的人事管理，如员工解聘、调动等处理功能，操作简单方便。系统还可以生成各类考勤统计报表，既可一口气生成全部员工的考勤报表，也可按时段、出勤状态或具体员工单独生成一定时期内的考勤报表，进行工资奖金的发放和员工考核，使单位的管理更具针对性。

System designed in this paper adopts the advanced fingerprint identification core. It keeps false accept rate below 1% and false Reject Rate below 1%. The system will create the real time attendance record. It implements the basic personal management, such as employee dismisses, and translates. The system can also create variety of attendance report.
