锅炉受热管蒸汽侧氧化膜拉伸失效实验研究

锅炉高温受热管蒸汽侧氧化膜的开裂、隆起、脱落等失效行为严重影响火电机组的安全经济性运行。本文采用声发射检测技术对拉伸载荷作用下受热管蒸汽侧氧化膜的失效机理进行实时监测,发现氧化膜依次经历了垂直开裂、迅速增殖、裂纹饱和和脱落四个不同阶段。通过收集不同实验阶段产生的声发射信号,并进行傅里叶变换得到了各阶段信号的特征频谱。结合SEM显微观察结果,分析发现金属基体塑性变形、氧化膜开裂、氧化膜脱落的特征频率分别位于不同区间内,从而为监测和识别氧化膜的不同形式失效行为提供了新的途径。
racking and exfoliation of steam-side oxide scale on high-temperature boiler tubes can affect the safety and economy of thermal power units. In this work, tension tests using acoustic emission (AE) monitoring technique were implemented to study the failure process of steam-side oxide scale on boiler tubes. Frequency spectra of AE signals were obtained by performing fast Fourier transform. In the frequency spectra, three different peak frequency bands were identified, which were inferred to respectively correspond to plastic deformation of substrate, oxide cracking, and oxide exfoliation with the aid of SEM observations, and can thus be used for determining various oxide failure modes. Finally, the critical cracking strain of oxide scale was also estimated with the experimental data.
