针对我国建筑物下压煤量大以及地面矸石堆积污染环境的现状,在分析现有建筑物下开采技术途径的基础上提出了采用矸石充填巷采进行建筑物下压煤开采。通过对矸石充填巷采地表沉陷控制原理的分析研究,确定了建筑物下矸石充填巷采地表沉陷控制方案设计的基本原则。结合某矿地质采矿条件,做出了实例分析,并就地表沉陷进行了预计,结果表明:矸石充填巷采应用于建筑物下压煤开采是可行和可靠的。

iming at the actuality of plentiful pressed coal under buildings and environment polluted by the piled coal refuse on the ground in our country, based on the analysis of the current mining methods under buildings, the tunnel mining with coal refuse backfilling under buildings was presented. By researched on the principle of the ground subsidence controlled of tunnel mining with coal refuse backfilling, the fundamental of its design was ascertained. Combined with the geological and mining conditions in a certain coal mine, the actual example was analyzed and the ground subsidence was predicted, the results show that applying the tunnel mining with coal refuse backfilling under buildings is feasible and credible.
