引入修正系数的大学生就业难度的衡量与调整

ue to China's economic downturn and the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities，now, the employment of university student is very difficult, this paper based on the employability correction coefficient to improve fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, then measuring college students' employment difficulty value, for the student who is difficult in employing, we set about starting salaries and employment difficulty of the objective function, the purpose of the objective function is to ensure that the starting salary and employment difficulty of absolute value maximum, it is solved by linear programming. Adjusting the starting salary expectations can reduce the employment difficulty, finally the university students will achieve the goal of maximum comprehensive benefit of employment. In this paper, the method for reasonable forecast expectations of employment guidance center to guide college students starting salary has important theoretical significance, and it is also benefit for reduce the employment difficulty of students.
