Survey and quantitative analysis of arthropods diversity in organic fields such as the goose lake fragrant rice in Jiangxi

作为中国优质稻米的鹅湖香稻选育于江西铅山地方古老水稻品种,探讨其有机稻田"以蛛为主、以蛛控虫"绿色生态种植模式,将能更好地破解其抗稻飞虱等生理生态学机理。本文采用蜘蛛与昆虫常规采集和鉴定等方法,对鹅湖香稻等有机田节肢动物进行调查统计;运用多样性、生态位、聚类和相关性等统计软件,对其进行数量分析。本次调查共采得蜘蛛9科14属20种,其中,有2个未确定种;昆虫10目42科43属43种。蜘蛛优势种群有丛栖结网型肖蛸3种和叶栖游猎型猫蛛2种等。肉食性昆虫天敌有3种双翅目和1种螳螂目昆虫,主要植食性稻虫有白背飞虱等5种。(1)群落结构分析表明,肖蛸科和猫蛛科在鹅湖香稻有机田和1813有机稻对照田中蜘蛛物种丰富度较高,双翅目和鞘翅目在有机田和对照田中昆虫物种丰富度较高。(2)多样性分析表明,除均匀度外,有机田蜘蛛优势度、多样性和丰富度均大于对照田;除优势度外,有机田昆虫多样性、丰富度和均匀度均大于对照田。物种分布和SHE分析表明,9种蜘蛛为聚集性分布,物种水平和分布除前期外基本保持平稳;17种昆虫为聚集性分布,物种水平和分布前中后期基本保持平稳。(3)聚类分析表明,蜘蛛和昆虫交流频率与连续性程度在不同采样时间的有机田与对照田中互有交错。(4)最小差数分析表明,190816有机田与190816对照田蜘蛛群落间具有显著差异(p<0.05),190726有机田与190726对照田昆虫群落间具有显著差异(p<0.05),其它无显著差异。(4)相关性分析表明,除190806有机田、190706对照田和190716对照田外,其它蜘蛛和昆虫群落间具有明显的相关性。(5)生态位分析表明,天敌间互相影响,肖蛸类-螳水蝇-阿菌蚊幼虫形成相对稳定的食物链;禾蝇Ceomyza sp.和白背飞虱S. furcifera是肖蛸类天敌的主要捕食对象。总之,蜘蛛和昆虫是食物链中两个重要的中间环节,它们共同维持着鹅湖香稻等有机田生态系统的运转和平衡。

his paper discusses the green ecological planting pattern of "spider-dominated and spider-controlled" in the organic rice field, which can solve the physiological and ecological mechanism of rice planthopper resistance. Methods: The arthropods in organic fields such as the goose lake fragrant rice were investigated and counted by the methods of spider and insect collection and identification, and carry out its quantitative analysis by using statistical software such as diversity, niche, clustering and correlation. A total of 14 genera and 20 species were collected from 9 families of Spiders, including 2 unidentified species and 43 species from 42 families. There were 3 cymbidium network species of Tetragnatha and 2 leaf peristatic hunting species of Oxyopes which are spider dominant population. There are 3 species of Diptera and 1 species of Mantedea which are predators of carnivorous insects, and 5 species of Sogatella furcifera and so on are mainly phytophagous. (1) The community structure analysis showed that the spider species richness of Tetragnathidae and Oxyopidae was higher in the goose lake fragrant rice organic field than in the 1813 organic rice control field, and that of Diptera and Coleoptera were higher in the organic field than in the control field. (2) Diversity analysis showed that, except for evenness, spider dominance, diversity and richness were higher in organic field than in control field. And except for dominance, insect diversity, richness and evenness were higher in organic field than in control field. Species distribution and SHE analysis showed that 9 species of spiders were aggregate distribution and the H trend of spider was species level and distribution remained basically stable except in the early stage, and that 17 species of insects were aggregate distribution and the H trend of insect is basically stable in the middle and late stage. (3) Clustering analysis showed that the communication frequency and community continuity of spider and insect were interlaced between the control and control fields at different sampling time. (4) Analysis of the minimum difference showed that there was no significant difference between the organic and control field except for the spider communities in the 190816 organic field and the 190816 control field (p<0.05). (5) Correlation analysis showed that there was significant correlation between spider and insect communities in different sampling time except the 190806 organic field, the 190706 control field and the 190716 control field. (6) The niche analysis showed that Ceomyza sp. and S. furcifera is the main prey of the natural enemies of Tetragnatha, and these natural enemies interact. The relatively stable food chain is formed by the larvae of Aglaomyia sp., Ochthera sp. and Aglaomyia sp. spider. In a word, spiders and insects are two important intermediate links in the food chain, which together maintain the operation and balance of organic field ecosystems such as the goose lake fragrant rice.
