拟南芥钙依赖蛋白激酶研究进展
Research update of calcium-dependent protein kinase(CDPK) in Arabidopsis thaliana
植物细胞在内外环境变化时,通过质膜及胞内的各类受体感知并经过胞内一系列的信号转导,产生相应的生理生化响应,调控植物适应内外环境变化,进而实现正常的新陈代谢和生长发育。在植物细胞的信号转导网络中,胞质自由钙离子是胞内重要的第二信使,可以对胞内外多种生物类及非生物类刺激做出响应,并将信号通过下游的各类胞质自由钙离子响应元件传递下去。钙依赖蛋白激酶(CDPKs)是重要的胞质自由钙离子响应元件之一。本文将对模式植物拟南芥中CDPKs的分布特点、结构特征及功能研究进展进行概述。
Plant could sense and respond to internal and environmental stimuli through a complicated cell signaling network, and which enables them to survive the ever changing environment, as well as to accomplish their normal life cycle. The concentration alteration of cytosolic free calcium is a well known secondary messenger, and which could be triggered by perception of s followed by activation of downstream signal cascade via a serial of calcium sensors. CDPKs (calcium-dependent protein kinase) are well known calcium sensors in plant signaling, and this review focuses on their common structural characteristics, expression profile and especially on recent advances of their physiological functions in Arabidopsis.
