再生丝素蛋白/聚乳酸-乙醇酸共混纳米纤维膜的制备及性能
Preparation and Properties of Regenerated Silk Fibroin/poly lactic-co-glycolic acid Blend Nanofibrous Membranes
利用静电纺丝的方法成功制备了再生丝素蛋白(SF)聚乳酸-乙醇酸(PLGA)共混纳米纤维膜,并对纺得的纤维膜用甲醇溶液处理。用场发射扫描电镜(FE - S EM)、傅立叶红外光谱分析仪(FT-IR)、多功能拉伸仪对共混纳米纤维膜的形貌、分子结构、力学性能进行测试。结果表明:共混纳米纤维膜具有良好的表面形貌,随着PLGA的加入,纤维的直径逐渐变粗,当PLGA添加量达到50%的时候,纺丝液出现微弱的相分离,使得纤维的均匀性变差。FT-IR测试表明, PLGA的加入并不会影响SF的分子结构,两者只是简单的物理混合。添加PLGA后纤维膜的力学性能得到了明显的改善。
Regenerated Silk Fibroin/ poly lactic-co-glycolic acid(PLGA) blend nanofibrous membranes are successfully prepared via electrospinning and then it is treated with Methanol. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE - SEM), Fourier infrared spectrum analyzer (FT - IR), tensile tester are used to characterize and test the morphology, molecular structure, mecha -nical properties of blend nanofibrous membranes. The results shows that the blend nanofibers membrane has good surface morphology and the diameters of the fibers are increased with the addition of PLGA. When the content of PLGA reaches 50%, spinning solution appeares weak phase separation and uniformity of fibers become wores. FT-IR shows that the addition of PLGA have no influcement on the molecular structure of Regenerated Silk Fibroin. The mechanical properties of blend nanofibrous membranes improve significantly.
