本文首先简单介绍了固定移动融合(FMC)的概念以及一些实现技术的比较，然后介绍了基于IMS的WIFI-SIP的网络架构和主要功能实体，并对相关的注册和会话流程以及切换技术作了重点介绍。
In this paper, firstly the concept of FMC and some solutions are briefly introduced, then the architecture and related function entities of the solution based on the wifi-sip of IMS are mentioned, finally the register and session flows and handover technic are mostly discussed.
