Study on the Prediciton of microRNA Regulated Mouse Adiponectin and Its Receptors

本研究旨在利用生物信息学软件来预测调控小鼠脂联素及其受体的miRNA,以此获得相应的miRNA,以期为进一步实验验证特定miRNA和小鼠脂联素蛋白及其受体基因之间的关系提供良好的理论依据。在本研究中,作者通过miRGen Targets、miRanda、TargetScanS和PicTar数据库等从不同方面来确定与小鼠脂联素及其受体有密切关系的miRNA。结果表明,多种miRNA如mmu-let-7家族等可能在脂联素及其受体的负调控过程中发挥了一定的作用,这可为进一步研究小鼠脂联素及其受体的特性和功能提供新的思路。

he purpose of this study was to use bioinformatic softwares to predict some miRNAs which regulated mouse adiponectin and its receptors, then sought the potential miRNA, in order to provide a valid theoretical support for further experimental research on the relationship between specific miRNA and the related mouse adiponectin, adiponectin receptors gene. Integrated bioinformatic database miRGen Targets, TargetScanS, PicTar and miRanda were respectively applied from different aspetcs to identify a number of miRNAs which closely related with mouse adiponectin and its receptors. The results showed that a variety of miRNAs, such as mmu-let-7 family might play an important role in the process of the negative regulation of adiponectin and its receptors. The prediction of miRNA regulated mouse adiponectin and its receptors with bioinformatical methods could provide a new strategy for the study on the property as well as function of adiponectin and its receptors.
