本文测定和分析了晚熟芽变脐橙品种-‘奉晚’脐橙在果实成熟过程中色素和糖酸组分含量与其对照品种-‘奉节72-1’脐橙的变化差异,结果表明’奉晚’脐橙比’奉节72-1’脐橙至少推迟1个月左右成熟,其果皮在成熟前期叶绿素含量较高,且减少推迟;类胡萝卜素在成熟后期含量偏少且增加推迟;‘奉晚’脐橙蔗糖含量在果实成熟期间基本上都显著低于‘奉节72-1’脐橙,而还原糖(包括葡萄糖和果糖)含量则在果实成熟的中后期(11月份以后)显著低于‘奉节72-1’脐橙。另外,‘奉晚’脐橙在果实9~11月份和2月份采样期间柠檬酸含量显著高于‘奉节72-1’脐橙,苹果酸基本上在整个成熟过程中显著高于其对照品种。

bstract In this paper, pigments including chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid, sugars including sucrose, glucose and fructose,acidities including citric and malic acid were analyzed in the late-mature mutant, ‘Fengwan’ navel orange and its parental cultivar, ‘Fengjie72-1’ navel orange at fruit different maturation stages. The results showed that the mature period of ‘Fengwan’ navel orange was delayed for a month or so; the chlorophyll contents in the ‘Fengwan’ orange peel were significantly higher during the early maturation period than in the corresponding tissue of ‘Fengjie72-1’ navel orange,while the carotenoid content was remarkably lower during the late maturation period. No unusual accumulation of chlorophyll, or carotenoid were founded in the peel of Fengwan‘ navel orange, but the significantly change (decrease of chlorophyll and accumulation of carotenoids ) occurred later than ‘Fengjie72-1’ navel orange. As fruit maturation progressed, the sucrose content in the pulp of ‘Fengwan’ navel orange was evidently lower than in the parental line, while the reduced sugar contents including glucose and fructose of the late mature mutant were substantially lower during the late maturation period (after November). Furthermore, higher citric acid content was founded in the pulp of ‘Fengwan’ navel orange from September to November and on February, while the malic acid content was significantly higher than in the pulp of ‘Fengjie72-1’ navel orange during the mature stages except for October 14th
