中药治疗小儿遗尿症的系统评价与Meta分析

Objective：To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of enuresis in children. Methods:Computer search Pubmed, The Cochrane Library, Medline, CNKI, Wanfang, China Biomedical Literature Service System and other Chinese and English databases, to collect randomized controlled trials of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pediatric enuresis, the search time limit is from January 1, 2017 to October 22, 2022, in order to study the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pediatric enuresis in the past 5 years, and eligible clinical randomized controlled trials are included after screening. Data were extracted from the included studies, the quality of the included studies was evaluated using RevMan 5.3 software, and the results were pooled for meta-analysis.Results: A total of 8 articles, 888 patients, Meta-analysis results showed that: (1) total effective rate: traditional Chinese medicine/traditional Chinese medicine + western medicine vs western medicine [RR=1.12, 95% CI(1.05, 1.20), Z=3.51, P=0.0005]; (2) Incidence of adverse reactions: traditional Chinese medicine/traditional Chinese medicine + western medicine vs western medicine [RR=0.33, 95% CI(0.15, 0.76), Z=2.63, P=0.009]; (3) Recurrence rate: traditional Chinese medicine/traditional Chinese medicine + western medicine vs western medicine［RR=0.44，95%CI（0.29，0.68），Z=3.68，P=0.0002］.Conclusions: The available evidence shows that traditional Chinese medicine therapy has certain advantages in the treatment of pediatric enuresis, with higher efficacy and lower incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence than Western medicine alone, but more high-quality studies are needed to confirm the above results.
