马尾松松针中化学成分的分离与鉴定

研究松科(Pinaceae)植物马尾松(Pinus massoniana Lamb.)松针的化学成分。方法 利用Diaion HP-20、Toyopearl HW-40、硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果 从马尾松松针水煎液的正丁醇部位分离得到了4个化合物,分别鉴定为:(7S,8R)-4, 9′-二羟基-3, 3′-二甲氧基-7, 8-二氢苯并呋喃-1′-丙基新木脂素-9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ),对羟基苯基-2-丁酮(Ⅱ),香草酸(Ⅲ),氢醌(Ⅳ)。结论 这4个化合物均为首次从本植物中分离得到。

AIM To study the chemical constituents from the water-extracts of pine needles of Pinus massoniana Lamb.. METHODS Various column chromatography with Diaion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40 and silica gel were employed for the isolation and purification of compounds from pine needles. The structures of the compounds were identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Four compounds were isolated from the n-BuOH fraction of water-extracts, their structures were identified as (7S,8R)-4,9′-dihydroxyl-3,3′-dimethoxyl-7,8- dihydrobenzofuran-1′-propylneoligan-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅰ), 4-(4′-hydroxybenzyl) -2-butanone(Ⅱ),vanillic acid (Ⅲ),hydroquinone (Ⅳ). CONCLUSION These four compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
