本文采用溶胶凝胶法制备锂钴镍锰氧化物前驱物,于空气气氛中800oC下烧结20h得LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2产物。将LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2粉末加入钛酸丁酯乙醇溶液中制备氧化钛包覆前驱物,该前驱物于空气气氛中400-450oC烧结4-6h得到LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2的TiO2包覆产物。产物经XRD、SEM、XPS表征和电化学性能测试。结果表明,与末包覆产物相比较,表面修饰有效地改善了材料充放电循环性能。

In this paper the LiNi1/3 Co1/3Mn1/3O2 precursor was coated with TiO(OH)2 on the surface by precipitation and then was heat treated, so the TiO2-coated LiNi1/3 Co1/3Mn1/3O2 powders were prepared. XRD, SEM, XPS and electrochemical studies were used to examine the structural and electrochemical characteristics. The surface modification is concluded to inhibit the harmful interactions between cathode materials and electrolyte and to improve the cyclic performance of cathode material for lithium ion battery effectively.
