新型农村合作医疗住院补偿水平影响因素研究

Objective: Exploring influencing factors of effective hospitalization reimbursement rate on NCMS. Method: Surveying 1 034 enrollees in 4 sampled counties through systematic sampling, then using path analysis to explore influencing factors of effective hospitalization reimbursement rate on NCMS. Results: Average hospitalization cost of enrollees was 3 950.55 Yuan RMB. Effective hospitalization reimbursement rate on NCMS was 20.58%. After reimbursement of NCMS, family rate of catastrophic health expenditure reduced 7.5 percentages. According to results of analysis, independent variables of hospitalization reimbursement rate model included enrollees’ education level, hospital grade and hospital day. And standardized estimate of hospital grade was 0.21 and was highest. Conclusions: NCMS could reduce enrollees’ burden of disease. Enrollee’s education level, hospital grade, hospitalization days and cost are influencing factors of effective hospitalization reimbursement rate of NCMS.
